Manufactured July 2016. We are the second owners. Selling only because we just don’t have the time to use it. Camper has been used 6 days in the past 4 years. We purchased the camper used from O’Conner RV in Chilliwack September 2020 and were told that the original owners used it once. Camper features: - Side and rear awnings, - Large Dometic fridge - Jensen sound system - LCD TV, - Solar panel to keep camper battery charged. - Basement - Very pleasant neutral/quiet interior - Outdoor shower As part of standard maintenance, we just had the roof and sides caulked and vents replaced at Tom’s RV in Victoria (Cost = $2,800.00). All appliances work like new. New gas detector. Truck: Model F350 Lariat Super Duty. 241,000 km. Purchased from Steve Marshall Ford September 2020. At that time the front rotors, calipers and pads and rear rotors and pads were replaced as well as new tires installed. We have put on 7,600 km since purchased so tires and brakes are in excellent condition. New AGM battery installed May 2024 (Battery cost = $300.00). Truck was serviced and air conditioning condenser replaced on Sept 24 (Cost = $1,250.00). Truck is super comfortable to drive with great visibility, navigation package, air conditioning, etc. The 6.2 liter gas engine is impressive with plenty of power.
