I am a journeyman carpenter and experienced handyman with a reliable truck and all tools required to tackle any building, repair or renovation project. I am new to Campbell River...my forever home now, and am open to discussing any creative ideas whereby you get your somewhat tired or rundown rental building or home refreshed to whatever level you wish with a predetermined number of skilled labour hours and milestones reached to a predetermined amount of rent reduction. I have operated with a variety of similar agreements previously that have worked well for both parties when intentions are positive.
