WANTED - 2-3 Bedroom to Rent, Starting August 1

Hello! My name is Lisa and my husband, Brady, and I as well as our newborn baby-to-be, 12 year old black lab and 2 indoor/outdoor cats will be looking for a place to rent in Port Alberni for August 1st. We will be moving from the Comox Valley and are hoping to make Port Alberni our home. We are quiet, respectful tenants who can provide excellent rental references. Brady works as a tug boat captain and I am finishing up my training to be a family doctor. We both work full-time (I will be on maternity leave until ~Jan 2026), and are happy to rent a property that requires garden maintenance and/or pet care. I know it's a bit early to be looking for a place, but I thought I would put it out there in case anyone is planning in advance and thinks we would be a good fit. Thanks!
